The Income Tax Department has in the recent past made various efforts and provided tools to link Aadhaar with PAN. Many people are still unable to link Aadhaar with PAN card.

You need to find the nearest PAN service centre. Find the list of such designated PAN Service Centers list in the NSDL and UTIITSL portal. You have to submit a filled form to the designated PAN Service Centers. Individuals will be required to mention both PAN and Aadhaar numbers on the form. You will also have to furnish two signed declarations.


Declaration

Charge for Aadhaar-PAN seeding
It is not free service. Such designated PAN Service Centers will charge you some nominal charges. However, this charge is not prescribed by IT Dept. The PAN Service Centers will not charge you any fee if you are linking Aadhaar with PAN Card while applying for a new PAN card.
